中芯集成联合上汽、小鹏、宁德时代、立讯精密等11家公司联合设立SiC公司
据证券时报消息，30日晚间，中芯集成同时公告，拟投资设立控股子公司芯联动力科技（绍兴）有限公司（下称“芯联动力”），主要从事SiC等宽禁带半导体的工艺研发、生产及销售业务。
芯联动力拟注册资本为5亿元人民币，其中中芯集成占注册资本的51%，其余拟参股方包括多家股权投资机构，
包括上汽集团、小鹏汽车、宁德时代、立讯精密、阳光新能源等多家新能源（包括汽车与能源）11家企业及其下属产业投资机构。
